The same person who introduced me to my "cube" suggested a 30-day plan of turning every negative thought into a positive one.
This is the shiteous example I was given, but the point is clear.
Negative thought: Shakes fist.
Positive thought: Protein shake!
Actually the point isn't really clear at all.
